It happens! Here’s everything you need to know about reserving and cancelling your stay.
Deposit
Your room is considered reserved once a deposit of €150.00 per person has reached our bank account.

Cancellation
Wir bitten SieThank you for understanding that we retain the paid deposit in all cases to cover administrative costs.
For cancellations made up to 14 days before your arrival date, no additional costs are incurred. For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before your arrival date, we charge 50% of the booking rate. On the 7th day before your arrival date, we charge 90% of the booking rate. For cancellations made any later than this, the entire booking rate is charged.
