Selchkommer – The Smoked Delicacies Room
The aroma of smoked speck, alpine cheese, and homemade sausages welcomes you in the Selchkommer. A space dedicated entirely to enjoyment, featuring selected specialties from the small South Tyrolean butcher Gruber. Tradition meets quality here, bringing a taste of alpine South Tyrol straight to the Allgäu.

For those who want a fresh and energetic start to the day: at our Vital Corner, you can press fresh juices to your taste, using seasonal fruits and vegetables. A perfect spot for a mindful breakfast – light, regional, and full of energy.
