South Tyrolean Culinary Moments – Right in the Allgäu

Dining at the Parkhotel is a true South Tyrolean experience for all the senses – right in the heart of the Allgäu. From breakfast to afternoon Marende, nearly all products come from small farms and producers in Luis Hillebrand’s homeland.

Nothing is left to chance when choosing producers and suppliers – the host personally knows them all.

Three times a week, during our “Culinary Moments” at the South Tyrolean Alpine Hut, traditional dishes are prepared live over a wood-fired stove for our guests.
