In the evenings, Chef Mario creates culinary masterpieces using seasonal products, while our service team pairs them with the perfect wines – directly from South Tyrol.
Our wine list features some of South Tyrol’s finest – from classics like the Terlan Sauvignon “Quarz,” Alois Lageder’s Cabernet “Löwengang,” and Silvaner from Kuenhof, to hidden gems such as Biedermannhof, Pratenberg, Plonerhof, and Franz Haas. Every wine reflects quality, character, and the unique terroir of South Tyrol.
And because South Tyrol is so close to our hearts, we’ve brought a little piece of it to our hotel park: between Montiggler See and Bergsee, a South Tyrolean vine is growing.
It doesn’t bear grapes yet – but who knows, maybe one day we’ll enjoy the first “Bad Wörishofner Lagrein.” Until then, we’ll gladly toast with an original from South Tyrol. Cheers!
